Las instalaciones son muy confortables,el personal del hotel muy amable en especial Cecilia que fue una genia en asesorarnos en opciones de excursiones. El entorno natural es un plus,super recomiendo para el que quiere estar lejos de ciudad.

Falta de mantenimiento en las áreas comunes, tipo alfombras de los pasillos, raspones en las paredes, las maderas externas bastante maltrechas... Falta de aspiración/ventilacion en el baño. Flojas las almohadas. Bien en el bar y el resto. Buen desayuno, ahí... Los paisajes externos maravillosos. La habitación muy bien ambientada y excelente el sommier. Volvería siempre. Saludos

El hotel tiene un parque y paisaje de ensueño..la vista excepcional..ahora hay q saber que queda a media hora del centro se San Martin..si la idea es recorrer..salir a cenar..etc se hace tedioso las idas y vueltas..ya dentro del predio entre que t revisan el auto..te preguntan dni..y tenes q ir a 30kms/h tenes 10 minutos..dentro del hotel el lobby tiene un ventanal con vista imponente pero faltan detalles de mantenimiento..hay cables..cañerías.. etc a la vista..los pasillos sombríos sin mucho detalle..la habitación normal..frigobar que no enfría.. baño con mala iluminación ..camas cómodas y ducha muy buena..las piletas, la de afuera helada, la de adentro por demás de caliente, no se disfruta porq es sofocante..te advierten que tratan la pileta con productos químicos q pueden alterar el color de cabellos rubios..te dan gorros para ponerte si queres..el horario es acotado a niños..hasta las 20hs pueden ellos..un error porq después de un largo día paseos y excursiones es el horario que uno quiere disfrutarla en familia..para adultos ya está el spa..el desayuno normalito, solo pan blanco..no hay opción de salvado/integral..huevos revueltos fríos.. se nota que hay planificados que mantienen congelados y los sacan al desayuno..pero sin descongelar! Había un budin q era hielo..en fin..parece más de lo q termina siendo. Solo las vistas valen la experiencia

The first thing that strikes you about the hotel is the location and the view it produces. The check in was quick and easy. The room contained two beds and a super view of the mountains. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a bath. The breakfast was nice selection, including fresh fruit, cereals, meet & cheese or sweet treats. The hotel had free wifi throughout and it was a strong connection. We had a very good evening meal in the hotel, and our group had a room to ourselves. The balcony for the hotel overlooks the golf course and mountains. The golf clubhouse is a 2 minute walk from reception.

Maravilloso lugar y la experiencia es a otro nivel. Recomendado para familias y parejas Las excursiones son maravillosas, buen pensadas recomendó al 100 a Patagonia.point es un servicio excelente y Marcela es una buenísima guía. No se van arrepentir

Un lugar de ensueño! Recepcionistas amables ( destaco a Sabrina por su simpatía) y mozos cordiales. Nos hospedamos en una suite cuádruple muy espaciosa. Las vistas son sacadas de un cuento. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar de ensueño. Tanto los platos del restaurant como el desayuno son exquisitos. El aroma del spa es tan lindo! La piscina climatizada es hermosa! Volveremos pronto!

Fuimos 8 amigas. a jugar al golf. El cuarto día ALGUIEN ME ROMPIÓ EL DRIVER Y DEJÓ LA CABEZA TIRADA EN EL PISO FUERA DE LA BOLSA SIN AVISARME.Yo reservé en septiembre y ellas más tarde. A mí no me dieron habitación mirando al golf que fue lo que reservé. Discusión en recepción x medio. River reservó más tarde pero les dieron a ellos. No podíamos elegir mesa en el comedor. No nos daban jarra de agua salvo dsps de hacer escándalo. El maltrato de la mayoría de los empleados es notable. Debe haber una bajada de línea muy mal manejada.NO VUELVO NUNCA MÁS! No le saqué fotos al driver roto para no amargarme. Ni perdón me dijeron!

Beautiful place, but a hotel it’s old with lack of maintenance, it’s not really a 5 star hotel.
Restaurant was a more bad than good.
Views and place it’s totally beautiful! I guess is the bes hotel of the area…
