Ninguna relación costo-beneficio. El costo fue altisimo y no contaban con atención adecuada del personal, desde la recepcion de equipaje hasta la atención en cafeteria y restaurant, además de fallas inaceptables para un hotel de éste nivel: No tienen adaptador de enchufes, se corto el agua de la ducha, el inodoro habia que sacarle la tapa para que no corra el agua, tuvmos que llevarnos nosotros la bandeja a la pieza, se acababa el café en el desayuno y no lo reponian, solo alguno de los ejemplo

Buen dia !!! Estamos en grupo de40 personas! Hotel sin estrutura para recibir ! El desayuno es terrible ! Mal organizado, poca variedad de pans , frutas ! La apresentacion muy mala! A noche , la cena no hay comida para todos ! El atendimiento precario , pocos atendientes para el publico de hotel! Servicio de ma calidad! Precio de hotel 5 estrellas pero servicio de dos!!! PESSIMO! 1h30 pra chegar comida e bebida de 30 a 45min. Equipe mal educada. Longe da cidade. Café da manhã e comida são de hotel de 1 estrela. Não tinha bebida ou comida suficientes para os hóspedes. Compramos a parte na cidade e ainda queriam cobrar a rolha. Garçom tb bebia da nossa bebida, escondido, antes de nos servir.

Apesar da beleza inquestionável do local, a experiência no Loi deixa muito a desejar, tendo em vista o preço da diária e o fato de ser um hotel 5 estrelas. Fomos constantemente desrespeitados pelos funcionários, que chegavam a ponto de deboche e até assédio aos hóspedes em algumas situações. O hotel não estava capacitado para oferecer jantar para todos os hóspedes e, por este motivo, os pedidos não chegavam ou demoravam mais de 1:30h. Os quartos não tem ar condicionado e durante o verão o calor era insuportável por vezes. Café da manhã muito ruim e todos os itens que vinham da cozinha geravam uma cobrança adicional.
